How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is US$4.90 per order to eligible United States addresses. Address availability and any applicable taxes are confirmed at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Allow 3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 7–12 business days in transit after dispatch. The usual combined estimate is approximately 10–15 business days. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. See Shipping & Delivery.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Contact support@panehalo.com within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a free return or exchange. PaneHalo provides a prepaid return label and covers approved exchange shipping. See Returns & Exchanges for refund details.
How do I track or change my order?
Use the shipment information provided for your order when available, or email us with your order number. Contact us promptly for an address change or cancellation; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Is PaneHalo Duo cordless?
No. Duo needs to remain plugged in during cleaning. Its power-loss backup is a temporary safeguard, not cordless cleaning time.
How do I control Duo?
Use the handheld remote to start or pause cleaning, guide movement and control spray on spray-equipped models.
Are remote-control batteries included?
No. Remote batteries are not included. Use the battery type specified in the supplied instructions or battery compartment.
What comes in the box?
The package includes the robot, remote control, power adapter and cable, safety rope, spray bottle, microfiber cleaning pads, user manual and retail box. Remote batteries are not included.
What should I check before use?
Follow the supplied instructions for suitable surfaces and cleaning liquids. Fit clean pads, secure the safety rope, check the power connection and stay nearby. Edges and corners may need a finishing wipe.
