Shipping destinations and cost
We serve the United States. Availability for your delivery address is confirmed at checkout. Standard shipping costs US$4.90 per order. Any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.
Order processing
Please allow 3 business days for order processing after your order is confirmed. Processing includes preparing and packing your order before it is handed to the carrier.
Transit time
After dispatch, estimated transit time is 7–12 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time. Together, the usual estimated timeframe is approximately 10–15 business days from order confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Carrier disruptions, weather, holidays or other transport delays can extend the timeframe.
Tracking and delivery questions
Use the shipment updates or tracking details provided for your order when available. If you have not received a shipping update, cannot locate your delivery, or your parcel has exceeded the estimated timeframe, contact support@panehalo.com with your order number.
Address changes and cancellations
Please check your delivery address before ordering. If you need a correction or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether the order can still be changed; changes may not be possible once it has been dispatched.
