These Terms govern your use of panehalo.com and purchases from PaneHalo (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
Using the store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or use the store with appropriate permission and supervision. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or misuse another person’s information.
Products and orders
Product descriptions and included items are shown on the relevant product page. Images are illustrative; screen settings can affect the appearance of colors. Availability may change. If a material error, stock issue or other problem affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices on our United States storefront are listed in US dollars unless otherwise displayed. Standard shipping is US$4.90 per order. Applicable taxes and the final order total are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through the payment options available at checkout. Price changes apply to future orders and do not change an already confirmed order’s price.
Shipping
Allow 3 business days for order processing and an estimated 7–12 business days in transit after dispatch. These are separate timeframes. See our Shipping & Delivery policy for details.
Returns and exchanges
We offer 30-day free returns and exchanges from delivery, as described in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Contact support@panehalo.com to start a request.
Product use
Read and follow the instructions supplied with your product. For PaneHalo Duo, use the required power connection and safety rope, check surface suitability and stay nearby during operation. Power-loss protection is a temporary safeguard and does not make the product cordless. Remote batteries are not included.
Website content
PaneHalo branding and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping and reference. Do not reproduce or exploit protected content for commercial use without appropriate permission.
Third-party services
Checkout, payment tools and external links may involve third-party services with their own terms. Review those terms when using those services. A third-party link does not change our responsibilities to you for your PaneHalo order.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but technical interruptions and errors can occur. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights, warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
